Research of Signal-Phase Aviation Static Inverter Based on Repetitive Control

Abstract: The repetitive control approach is applied to the single-phase aviation static inverter (ASI) for solving the wave distortion of the output voltage caused by nonlinear loads. Based on this approach, the control model and the compensator of the ASI are analyzed and designed here. The design of control parameters in frequency domain is also presented here. Experiment results, which are obtained from a 500VA/400Hz prototype, show that the design method is feasible and the concept to use the repetitive control approach to improve the wave distortion of ASI with nonlinear loads is verified practically. The conclusions can be used for the references of three-phase power static inverter.
