Abstract: Some questions existing in t he development of the military aircraft strength specificat ion of China ar e analyzed. It is pointed out that the current aircraft strength specification of China needs ur gently to be updated. The total concept path in updat ing the specification is presented, including the basis, the main reference specifications, thecontent and form, technical channels, the reaching goal and special features of the updated specification. It is emphasized that developing the special subject researches of the aircraft strength specification is necessary and researchprojects of special subjects are brought forward.
