Abstract:

The structure and function are introduced simply about the ventilation system used for EVA (Extravehicular Activity), the heat transfer process is analyzed among ventilating gas, liquid cooling and ventilation system and environment, and a heat transfer mathematical model of ventilation system is developed. Thermal physiological experiment research has been carried out to verify this mathematical model, with the human body wearing LCVG (liquid cooling and ventilation garment) used for EVA in the experiment. This study provides a reliable basis for the design of ventilation systems of the space suit.
