Abstract:

A new scheme is suggested and adopted which can be used for high accuracy stabilization and tracking of line of sight (LOS) or image of optical electronical synthetic system in possession of multi sensors in military helicopter. An important characteristic is that the fine mirror is supported by a flexural pivot ,and that a high loop bandwidth is obtained and the disturbance is greatly diminished by using coarse/fine combination multiple feed control technique. The coupling and match between two channels can be resolved by using a two freedom gyro to control. Compared with traditional LOS stabilization , its error is decreased by about one order of magnitude. On the basis of some typical helicopter vibration spectrum , a vibration test was done . At present , the stabilization accuracy of the prototype having been studied has an advantage of 14 μ rad (RMS) and the diminution rate of fine/coarse vibration magnitude is as high as 8 times.
