Abstract:
Weight incremem during aircraft preproduetion is a popular problem and attracts more rnanufaetures's atten(?) Based on statistical analysis of calculated and actual weights for the pans of three F X prototype empty aircraft in their manufacture's classificatio and specjalitics. the critieal componenis controlling weight increment of aircraft arc presented, that is amframe structure espeeially fpselage and wing- From the view of part's classification they are mainly some rnachined. sheet. metal and casting pans and cable. The main reason of weight increasing in airera(?) peroduetionction is that the dimension of most produets, is in the seo; e ot their upper (?)aace. but the noimmal sizes are usually used in the weight calculation. In addition, poor weight consciousness of some workers is an unneghgible faetor, for examDe. over tolerance (?)in some non malehing. parts.
