NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF SOLID-FLUID INTERACTIVE VIBRATION OF AN AIRCRAFT INTEGRAL TANK

Abstract: In this paper, the Pseudo Elastic Method is extended to apply to these dimensional complex structure analysis, i.e.solid-fluid interactive vibration of an aircraft integral tank. The results of calculations is compred with that of tests. It is deemed that the extended Pseudo Elastic Method can be combined with general purpose finite element programs to analyze solid-fluid interactive vibration of complex structures. Because of some errors of discretization technique, some spurious frequencies appear in the calculated result. A new way to distinguish spurious frequency is also proposed in this paper.
