Abstract:

In this paper, we describe the structure of the large integral panel of SH-5 aircraft, its efficiency and design method.We combine the integral panel design with numerical control （NC） process, shot shaping and flat extrusion production of ribbed panel blanks.The empirical formula and data for calculating secant yield strength, the formula and curves for computing the effective width and the overall collapse curves are also given.
