Abstract: In this paper, the method to determine the site limit of thf 6-hole group using there common measuring tools with the aid of computer data processing is described., First, the criterion formula is established according to the hole position coordinates, the distances between the holes, and the central angles against the arcs between each two adjacent holes, and then, based on thisformula, the computer program is worked out. As the measured data of hole coordinates having been put into the computer, it will show "specifications meet" or "specifications not meet" together with the reason of inconformity. An example is given for verification of the foregoing statements.
