Abstract: Based on the repairs theory and some models of reliability analysis, the process of innovation in the regular repairs system for a certain type of planes is presented, The characteristics and structure of the innovation scheme are given. And the complete set of synthetic measures dealing with the repairs manage, means and facilities is also given. The results obtained from the experimental unit show that the scheme is considerably feasible and superior.
