Abstract:

An error dimensional chain equation for misalignment of multi-joint of wing to fuselage is discussed in this paper.The equation is derived on the basis of error dimensional chain theory and according the principle that between any two points a straight line may be drawn up but among more than two points only a broken line can be made. This equation can estimate the coaxality of joints arid the misalignment error in center location of fork-ear fitting. Therefore, some suggestions for improvement of unjust joining specifications are offered and the evaluation of construction compensation is given.
