Development and outlook of active electronically scanned array guidance technology

Abstract:

Active electronically scanned array guidance is a new technology which is going to change the game rules of battlefield. It has some striking systematic advantages in anti-stealth and anti-jamming aspects. For the recent 20 years, active electronically scanned array guidance has become a research hotspot in precision guidance technology worldwide and has been applied to the domestic and foreign development of certain missile. Firstly, an analysis of the technical features of active electronically scanned array guidance system is given; Secondly, the development of active electronically scanned array guidance technology at home and abroad is concluded, and also the key techniques which have to be solved in active electronically scanned array guidance system engineering application is discussed. Finally, an outlook of the possible development direction of active electronically scanned array guidance is presented. It can be predicted that the deepening of active electronically scanned array guidance technology research and popularization will substantially enhance the performance of precision guidance weapons.
