并行工程下集成设计框架的研究

摘要:

并行工程实施的关键是建立有效的并行设计环境,而集成设计框架是并行设计环境最基础的支撑结构。研究了基于产品数据管理(PDM)和设计流管理的并行工程环境下集成设计框架模型和层次结构,采用OOT-D数据建模方法建立产品数据管理和设计流管理的数据模型,并分别着重分析了这两部分的主要研究思路和方法。

Abstract:

The key of performing CE(Concurrent Engineering) is to provide an efficient concurrent design environment.The integrated design framework is the basic supporting structure for concurrent design framework.The most important concept in the paper is design object which is the aggregation of the product data.The model of integrated design framework and hierarchy structure based on product data management and design flow management is studied, which consists of four layers: tool layer, framework layer, design object layer and design data layer.Also, an OOT D data modeling method is used to model the product data management and design flow management.The main content of the model of product data management is design object and their relationship, version management mechanism and design transaction management.The design flow management is realized by organizing and scheduling the design tools according to some strategy.
