摘要:

详细分析了电力作动器中永磁电机及其控制系统的不同容错方案,并进行了总结比较,指出了各个方案的优缺点。同时建立了六相十极永磁容错电机的有限元仿真模型,利用有限元矢量磁位法对该模型进行了静态和瞬态电磁场的仿真分析。通过有限元计算表明,发生断路或短路相的电枢绕组对其他相绕组几乎没有电磁影响,因此,六相十极永磁容错电机具有很强的磁隔离和故障隔离能力。

Abstract:

Some different fault-tolerant methods of the permanent magnet machine and the corresponding control system in the electro-mechanical actuator (EMA) are analyzed in detail, and compared to point out the advantages and disadvantages of them. At the same time, the finite element model of six-phase ten-pole fault-tolerant permanent magnet machine is established to simulate and compute static and transient electromagnetic fields using vector magnetic potential method. Results indicate that the phase under short and open circuit does not effect other normal phases; consequently, this machine has a perfect property in the magnetic flux and fault insulation.
