航天器总装技术状态的数字化管理方法

Digital configuration management method for spacecraft assembly

摘要: 针对航天器研制过程总装技术状态的结构化刻画、比对以及传递需求,提出一种航天器总装技术状态的结构化表达、统计、管理与应用方法,该方法针对产品设计、工艺设计和工艺实施人员的技术状态协同控制需求,分别定义总装设计(ADC)、总装工艺(APDC)以及总装实做(AIC)等3种技术状态控制视图,以数字样机作为数据集成管理框架,结合基于活动内容模板的工艺设计方法,实现总装工艺技术状态的设置与管理,最终实现总装全过程技术状态数据的精确控制。此外,通过基于工艺数字样机的总装技术状态比对,实现了一种与总装工艺设计及实施过程紧密结合的技术状态视图应用方法。将其应用到卫星设备总装技术状态的控制过程中,证明了该方法对技术状态控制的有益作用。

Abstract: To satisfy the requirements for expression, comparison and transfer of configuration in the spacecraft assembly process, a method for structural expression, statistics, management and application of the configuration is proposed. For different management requirements by the spacecraft designer, assembly process planner, and workshop worker, three configuration views are defined:Assembly Design Configuration (ADC) view, Assembly Process Design Configuration (APDC) view, and Assembly Implementation Configuration (AIC) view. The digital mock-up is used as the framework for data integration, and the template-based process design method is employed to realize accuracy control of configuration parameters. In addition, through a comparison of snapshots of different configuration views, a method for view-based configuration control of spacecraft assembly is developed. This method is applied to the configuration management of satellite instrument assembly, showing the usefulness of the method for configuration management.
