摘要: 目前先进跨声速风洞试验段多采用槽壁形式,而国内对槽壁干扰的认识较少,尚未进行过槽壁干扰的评估和修正工作。本文基于理想槽壁均匀边界条件和经典方法,利用先进构型民机标模对槽壁干扰特性进行了评估和修正,在验证方法准度的基础上,对比分析了国内2.4 m跨声速风洞和欧洲跨声速风洞(ETW)槽壁干扰的差异和规律。结果表明,修正后的试验数据与ETW参考数据吻合较好,修正量、干扰因子与ETW评估结果一致。与传统孔壁试验修正方法相比,本文方法原理清晰,计算简便、快速,可方便应用于其他类似槽壁风洞中,可作为壁压信息法的辅助手段以提高国内试验数据质量,并为国内先进跨声速风洞的设计和调试提供借鉴。

Abstract: The slotted wall is increasingly adopted in advanced transonic wind tunnels. However, in China, understanding of its interference is relatively limited, and studies on assessment and correction of the interference have not been carried out. In this paper, characteristics of interference of the slotted wall with the standard model of advanced civil configuration are evaluated and corrected based on the homogeneous boundary condition of the ideal slot and the classical method. On the basis of accuracy verification, the difference and regularity of slotted wall interference in ETW and 2.4 m transonic wind tunnels are compared and analyzed. The results show that the corrected data are in good agreement with ETW reference data, and both corrections and interference factors coincide with ETW evaluations. Compared with traditional experimental techniques used for porous walls, the method proposed is clear, simple and fast, and can be conveniently applied to other wind tunnel with similar slotted walls. It can be used as an auxiliary means of wall signature method to improve the quality of domestic experimental data, and can provide reference for the design and debugging of domestic advanced transonic wind tunnels.
