Size Calculation Method of Ceramic Core Locators for Hollow Turbine Blade Investment Casting Wax Patterns

摘要:

针对空心涡轮叶片精铸蜡型陶芯定位元件尺寸难以精确量化的问题,提出了基于模型匹配算法的陶芯定位元件尺寸计算方法。通过将壁厚权值因子引入匹配模型,实现了测量数据与理论模型的精确匹配;基于匹配后的陶芯实测数据,建立了定位元件的尺寸计算方法;最后,将壁厚偏差分布一致的一批陶芯分两组进行实验对比。结果表明该方法计算出的陶芯定位元件尺寸能够有效提高蜡型壁厚精度,对空心涡轮叶片的精确控型有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

This paper proposes a method for size calculation of ceramic core locators based on model matching to cope with the difficulty to precisely quantify the sizes of ceramic core locators for hollow turbine blade investment casting wax patterns. By introducing the wall thickness weighting factors into the matching model, accurate matching between the measurement results and theoretical model is realized. Based on the measured data of matched ceramic cores, a method for size calculation of ceramic core locators is developed. Finally, a batch of ceramic cores with consistent thickness deviation is divided into two groups for use in a contrast experiment. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve wax pattern wall thickness accuracy. Therefore it provides some guidance for controlling the accuracy of hollow turbine blade.
