多轴刀具轨迹的偏置计算方法

摘要: 本文就图象编程刀位计算的几个重要方面,提出了较完整的处理方法:刀位计算程序控制结构及用户友好的控制参数通讯区接口;多轴刀具轨迹偏置计算,其中详细介绍了端铣、侧铣的刀位计算过程和干涉碰撞的检查与修正;加工边界和尖角过渡处理中,引入了尖角邻接关系。上述方法在复杂曲面零件整体加工的图象编程中,具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract: In this paper, method for dealing with the following problems in computer graphics NC programming. ( 1 ) The control structure of tool path-offsetting program, and the user friendly interface of control parameter communication area are described, which make the schedule of program and the input or modification of control parameters more flexible and convenient; ( 2 ) The algorithms for end-milling and side-milling tool location computing are offered, including the way to check and correct the interference or collision between tool and control surfaces; ( 3 ) Also given are the methods for finding the cutter location at boundary or corner between control surfaces, and detecting the errors occuring at the corner with the help of adjoining relation between corners. The methods given above, are considered to be of great improtance in the practice of computer graphics NC programming for parts with sculptured surfaces.
