摘要: 研究了预拉伸应力对航空发动机涡轮盘材料GH33A镍基高温合金在360℃下的低周疲劳及其对裂纹扩展速率的影响。结果表明在10~4~5×10~4低周疲劳寿命范围内,预应力处理将使单边缺口试样的疲劳裂纹起始寿命N,有明显提高,对其裂纹扩展寿命N_p的影响则并不显著。

Abstract: The effects of tensile prestress on low-cycle fatigue and fatigue crack growth rates for Ni-base alloy GH33A used to turbine engine disks were investigated at 360℃. The experimental results show that the low-cycle fatigue crack initiation life Ni will be increased by prestressing treatment within the range of low-cycle fatigue life 104~ 5×104, but the effect of prestress on fatigue crack propagation life Np is not obvious,
