摘要: 本文首先从直法线假设出发导出了处于非均匀温度场中变厚度各向同性钣元素本构方程并证明该方程与等厚度正交各向异性钣元素的本构方程相同。然后本文从上述本构方程出发,引用自由能与熵函数以及固体力学所有基本方程导出了与积分路径无关的广义J积分J_8,该广义J积分可用于处在非均匀温度场中的含裂纹变厚度旋转盘。最后本文应用这个广义J积分与有限元素法计算了涡轮盘应力强度.因子K_1并得到了令人满意的结果。

Abstract: In this paper,the constitutive equation of isotropic plate with variable thickness is derived under straight normal assumption and it is equivalent to that of anisotropic material,Then,by introducing free energy and entropy function and all of basis equations of solid mechanics, a path-independent generalized .J-integral is derived.Finally, this generalized J-integral is used to calculate the stress intensity factor kI of a turbine disk by means of finite element method and satisfactory results are obtained.
