摘要： 根据Miner的线性累积损伤理论,为确定在对称循环外载和给定工作寿命条件下的结构系统的疲劳强度,提出了一种方法。应用该方法计算了结构系统的疲劳可靠性,用R-L曲线给出载荷与可靠性的关系。

Abstract: According to Miner's linear cumulative damage theory, a method is presented to determine the fatigue strength of a structural system under a symmetrically circulating load in an expected lifetime. This method is used for calculating the fatigue reliability of a structural system, and the relation between load and reliability is described by R-L curve.
