摘要: 本文对非晶态合金压力敏感元件和传感器的最新发展进行了综合评述。按照所利用的物理效应,把已开发的非晶态合金压力敏感元件划分为三类;超声传播效应,电阻-应变效应和应力-磁效应。在有关镍基应变计型压力敏感元件的讨论中,包括了作者参加的课题组的有关工作。

Abstract: Recent advances of amorphous-alloy pressure sensors and transducers are reviewed.According to the utilized physical effect, the amorphous-alloy pressure sensors having been developed by this time are classified into three groups: Sensors ultilizing the ultrasonic propagation effect; Sensors ultilizing the resistance-strain effect and sensors ultilizing the stress-magnetic effect. In the dis-cussion of the Ni-base strain gauge pressure sensors, the related work of the research group joined by the authors is also included.
