摘要: 由于金属切削加工过程中的各种现象都是一些不分明的模糊现象,本文把模糊等价矩阵的聚类分析方法成功地用于金属切削加工状态的模式识别。文中对模式识别的特征选择,即无关特征和派生特征的筛选问题进行了探讨;还定义了特征均匀度函数来确定模式识别中的特征的权重。从而为特征的选择与特征权重的确定提供了较为简单的计算方法。通过试算,证明这种方法的运用是可行的。

Abstract: The states of metal cutting, such as the chip shapes (C-shape, coiled, tangled chips), the existance or non-existance of BUE (Build-Up Edge), the vibration of processing, are muddy and fuzzy phenomena. In this paper, the fuzzy clustering method of fuzzy equivalent matrix is adopted for protype classification. Therefore, the centers of class are found. Then, the distances between the centers of class and the sample to be recognized are examined so as to find out which class the sample belongs to. The feature selection in the pattern recognition, viz. filtering the unrelated feature and the derived feature, is discussed. Also, the solution of the determination of the feature weights is obtained by use of the method called"the function of the feature representing the degree of homogeneity", in result a scientific basis for determining weights of features is provided. The paper shows successful application of the fuzzy mathematics to the pattern recognition of the metal cutting states.
