Abstract: The electronics test car are now being used for non-tear down inspection of aircraft electronics equipment.It is one of the greatest achievements in the improvement of means foraircraft maintenance. This achievement embodies the objective law of the electronic equipment and reflects the idea of reliability-centered, maintenance (RCM) . Soit will create a new phase for the aeronautical engineering.In this - paper, the reliability of such discusseed under the condition of being used.The problem on how to use microprocessors in such test car is also dis-cussed.Finally, Some suggestions no improving the inspection using the test car are proposed.
