摘要: 以模线样板工作法为主的飞机装配工艺,由于协调环节移形产生的误差、型材和鈑材出厂公差、零件制造误差、装配误差等诸因素的影响,对复杂的协调关系都依靠产品设计、协调方案来保证。 在飞机装配中,因偶然误差和系统误差造成的装配件之间的间隙是常见的。本文探讨对装配间隙进行加垫处理的理论判据和工艺规范;提出采用“加垫补偿”的工艺方法,以期使协调环节化繁为简,起到降低成本和提高产品质量的作用。

Abstract: In aircraft assembly ,clearance often occurs between assembey components caused by random and systematic errors.This article discusses the theoretic basis and technological specification of Padding Treatment for assembly clearance; also proposes the proper way for wide application of "Padding Offset" method, so as to simplify the complicated coordination procedure for the purpose of reducing cost and improving product quality.
