Abstract: This paper described the general analysis of method, to calculate flow stress of blade in precision forging process and the calculation of temperatures, strains and strain rates for the final determination of flow stress.In addition, experimental mensurement of temperature fields on blade airfoils and characteristics of temperature distribution during forging were presented providing the basis to calculate flow stress for each unit of the blade
