摘要: 压力测量在气动力实验中是一项基本的测量技术,在测量飞行器表面压力分布时测压孔往往多达几百个甚至上千个。目前大多应用扫描阀系统来完成这类实验。由于这样的测压系统只需一个或几个压力传感器,所以其外形尺寸可以做得相当小,以至能方便地将整个压力扫描阀安装在实验模型内,可大大减小导管的长度,缩短压力平衡所需的时间。

Abstract: In this paper the pressure transmit and equilibrium process during scanning pressure taps by the scanivalve system are discussed, and a concept of the curve of scanning speed behavior is proposed. It reflects that there is certain relationship between the scanning speed and accuracy of pressure measurements at a given scanning pressure ratio. A method and equipments to measure the curve of scanning speed behavior are given in this paper. Thus the scanivalve user can easy select the. proper scanning speed under required accuracy of pressure measurements from these curves of scanning speed behavior. According to the scanning behavior curves, the principle of how to arrange the scanning order of presure taps on the model is also given.
