摘要: 1.前言 30KVA变速恒频用稀土钴永磁交流电机中,主发电机是稀土锚永磁的“实心式”转子,由横向结构的磁钢和磁极压入套环组成盘式组件,三个盘式组件组成主转子。其漏磁通占主磁通的20%以上,在主转子侧面设置捲绕的环形电枢铁芯,利用主磁极端部的漏磁通来发电的辅助发电机,功率大于600VA,象无刷交流发电机中的小永磁发电机一样,作控制保护装置的电源用。供起动用的位置检测器是差动变压器式。电机结构见图1。

Abstract: This paper introduces the auxiliary generator in 30KVA rare-earth cobaltalternating current permanent magnet(PM) starter/generator. The solid rotor of the main generator is built by crosswise constructed rare-earth cobalt magnet steel which leads to a greater leakage flux.A toroidal armature's iron cone is set up in the flank of the solid rotor such that the leakage flux of main pole's flank can be used to generate the auxiliary generator. The design approach performance parameter differ from that of the main generator.
