摘要:

本文根据应变能函数表示的超弹性不可压缩本构方程,及非线性几何关系,给出了柱坐标系下橡胶构件有限元分析的公式。对直升机旋翼桨毂橡胶球面弹性轴承这种橡胶-金属叠层轴对称结构,在对称及非对称载荷作用下的大应变大变形问题进行了分析计算。并通过了试验的验证,计算与试验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:

In this paper, the F.E.Method is used to calculate the elastomer bearing struc-u re (rubber &|metal laminated structure) under torsion and compression. All the equations are based on a strain energy function which describes the superelastic and incompressible behaviour of ubber materials. The agreement between calculated examples and tests are satisfactory.
