摘要: 前言 在多座标数控加工复杂曲面零件的图象仪辅助编程中,怎样对刀位轨迹作出全面的检查与验证,一旦发现错误和干涉,采取何种方式进行修正处理,从而保证编程结果和输出加工纸带的一次正确性,是众所关注的问题之一。在文献[1]中,作者曾以叶轮类零件为对象,对上述问题进行研究,提出了多种有效的图形诊断方法和实时修改措施。本文将对主要结果作一阐述。编程与试加工的实践表明:应用文中所介绍的结构、方法与措施,可以显著提高编程质量,缩短编程周期。

Abstract: This paper deals with the application of interactive graphics technique in the field of five-axis NC programming. The structural characteristics of graphics inspection, modification and display in the process of programming are discussed. A number of efficient graphics checking methods and realtime modification measures are presented based on the results from five-axis cutter location computation of impeller parts. The results of programming and trial cutting of impeller part show that these methods and measures are effective to improve programming quality and shorten programming period.
