摘要: 三转子单相调压调速电动机具有控制简单、价格低廉、调速范围宽等优点,尤其在低速运行下有较好的散热条件。这种电机的定子与普通三相感应电机定子相类似,而转子采用复合结构,包括主转子、杯转子和风扇转子。因此,电机的磁路定子侧为共磁路,到转子侧分成两条支路,其分析计算有一定的特殊性。本文分析介绍了这种电机的工作原理,包括磁路结构、等值电路、杯转子电阻的有限元计算和T-S曲线的计算。通过试验电机的计算和测试,得到了令人满意的结果。

Abstract: The three-rotor single phase variable voltage and speed motor possess the advantages of simple control, low price, and a wide range of variable speed, particularly good condition for heat scatter in lower speed running. The stator of the motor is similar to that of general three phase induction motor, whereas the rotor adopts the compound strucuture including main, cup, and fan rotors. Therefore, magnetic circuit in stator side is common, and divided into two in rotor side, thus making analysis calculation uncommon. This paper describes the running principles, the structures of the motor, the magnetic circuit structure, equivalent eletric circuit, the finite element analysis of a cup-rotor resistance and the calculation of T-S curve. Thus, the calculation and measurement of a test motor are proceeded with a satisfactory result.
