摘要: 以用于交直交飞机VSCF电源系统的SPWM逆变器作为研究对象。利用数字计算机对自然采样SPWM过程进行了数值分析,得到SPWM逆变器输出电压频谱与脉宽调制参数(M、N)之间的关系。同时,数值分析考虑了GTR存贮时间t_s和导通延迟时间t_0对SRWM频谱的影响。选择新型功率开关器件—功率MOSFET构成小容量VSCF电源的逆变器。并给出两种高效、可靠的功率MQSFET栅极驱动电路及逆变器的试验特性,

Abstract: The SPWM inverter used in DC-link VSCF electrical power system is dealt with. With the numerical analysis of the process of Natural Sampling SPWM, the relation between the harmonic spectrum of inverter output and the parameter M, N is obtained. The influence of the storage time T. and the turn-on delay time ta on the spectrum is also taken into account in the analysis. The comparison of several kinds of power devices leads to the selection of power MOSFET to compose the SPWM inverter used in VSCF system with a small capacity. Two high-efficiency Gate drive circuits for power MOSFET and the test characteristics of SPWM inverter is presented in the paper.
