摘要: 双电极接触放电是~项修整金属结合剂金刚石磨轮的新技术。它利用接触放电电蚀原理以达到去除磨轮的金属结合剂而修锐或整形磨轮。本文在论述修整机理的基础上,对其工艺规律进行了系统的分析与总结。

Abstract: The electro-contact discharge dressing with a couple of electrodes is a new kind of technology to dress metal bonded diamond grinding wheels .It works on the principle of electro-contact discharge erosion to remove the metal bond of grinding wheel, then to make the wheels dressing or truing. In this paper, the dressing principle is described in detail, and the technical law is analysed systematically. The different kinds of grinding wheels were dressed by this new technology, and now it has been appied in some factories .
