摘要: 论述了国产化软件BSURF-GI交互式曲面造型系统中高级曲面设计功能的算法原理及其实现途径。提出了一种能沿曲面与曲面交线和过渡曲面边界线进行曲面裁剪的算法,指出了该系统今后进一步研究的方向及与实体造型系统集成的途径。为解决曲面与曲面求交算法中自动给出Newton-Raphson迭代法初值的优选难问题,本文还提出了一种有效的自动优选初值的方法——面积映射法。最后给出了一些高级曲面功能图例。

Abstract: This paper discusses the algorithm and implementation of the advanced surface design functions in BSURF-GI (an interactive 3D surface modelling system), presents a method which can do surface trimming along with the suface / surface intersection curves and filleting surface boundaries, and also points out the system further research direction and the way of integration with solid modelling system. In order to enhance the reliability of Newton-Raphson iteration method in surface / surface intersection, a new method, which can automatically find the effective initial iteration value for Newon-Raphson iteration, is also proposed, Finally some examples of advanced surface design functions are given.
