新型轴流无叶喷嘴内环型线及旋转效应的实验研究

摘要: 建立了双出口、内环旋转式轴流无叶喷嘴实验装置,其中采用了三种不同型线和不同高度的内环。利用五孔探针和微型边界层三孔探针对喷嘴出口参数沿径向分布做了详细测量。获得了三种内环型线的速度系数等结果,可供设计型线时参考。实验结果还表明内环旋转可进一步减小喷嘴内流动损失。该新型喷咀可用于大功率透平的第一级。

Abstract: n this paper,a test rig is set up for experiment investigation to axial double flow vaneless nozzle and three different profiles of inner-ring are designed for it.Pentahole probes and nicro-trihole bOundary layer probes are employed for measuring the radial parameters dis-tribution. The flow field of this new type of nozzle is analysed and the optimum profile of inner-ring and velocity coefficient are obtained.Additionally,the rotating effect of the inner-ring can keep the losses lower.This new type of nozzle can be applied in the large power turbines as the first stage.
