摘要: <正> 用电沉积法制备复合镀层是近年来表面工程的一项新技术,它使制件表面获得高温条件下的耐磨、减摩和某些特殊功能方面,显示出很大的优越性。其中尤以镍为基体的复合镀层使用得最为普遍。在高温条件下大气中使用的复合镀层,必须具有优良的抗氧化性。因为复合镀层中含一定量的分散相,既改善基体金属的某些性质,同时也破坏了基体金属的化学均一性,从而影响着镀层的抗氧化能力。本文选择Ni-B_4C、Ni-TiC、Ni-ZrO_23种复合镀层,探索在高温下氧化行为的特征。

Abstract: The oxidized behavior of three electrodeposited Ni matrix composite coatings Ni-B4C, Ni-TiC, Ni-ZrO2 at 850℃ temperature has been investigated. It was found that their anti-oxidization ability mainly depends upon the nature of particles. The composition of oxidized products of the above coatings was analyzed by ESCA and X-ray diffraction methods. Experimental results show that if the oxide of particles enrich the surface and forms a entire film after oxidization at high temperature, these coating could obtain certainly a good anti-oxidization ability.
