摘要: 对适于电子束固化的环氧 64 8树脂体系进行了初步研究,探索了二苯基碘六氟磷酸盐含量对环氧64 8树脂体系的影响,并针对辐射剂量对体系的影响进行了分析,最后还比较了环氧丙烷丙烯醚、丙烯酸丁酯及丙酮作为稀释剂的使用效果。结果表明 :在所研究的树脂体系中,碘盐的用量存在最佳值,辐射体系 Tg随辐射剂量的增大而有所增加,活性稀释剂在一定的用量范围内对体系的降粘效果较好

Abstract: As a new technology, the use of electron beam in the processing of composites has been paid a great attention in recent years. It manifests many advantages over conventional thermal curing. Doing necessary research work will take the process to a higher level. In this paper, epoxy resin F 46 which is suitable for electron beam curing is studied. Firstly, the effect of diphenyliodonium salts(DPIPF 6) content on the system is analyzed. The effect of dose on the T g  of F 46 is compared. In the end,allyl glycidyl, butyl acrylate and acetone as the diluent of the system which is appropriate for electron beam curing are investigated.
