概述了并行工程的运行特性,介绍了并行工程在空管应答机研制中的应用并分析了在缩短开发周期、提高产品质量、降低研制成本和改进售后服务方面的成效,总结了应用推广并行工程的经验与体会。

Abstract:

This paper overviews the operative characteristics of concurrent engineering. It introduces its application in the development of air-traffic-control transponder, analyzes the effects of shortening the development cycle, improving quality, reducing the development cost and improving after-sale services, and summarizes the experience and intimate knowledge for applying and spreading concurrent engineering.
