近似函数用于疲劳寿命曲线的数学建模

摘要:

将近似函数引进到带缺口试验件的疲劳寿命数学建模中,利用“疲劳转折点”概念,提出“分段建模”概念,给出基于经验变换和基于近似函数的两种数学模型,并与传统的“三参数”模型对比。结果表明 :两种模型的精度高,适用范围广,其中,基于近似函数的数学模型还具有很强的适应性,在工程上具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:

The approximate function is introduced to mathematic al modeling about a test-part with a hole. Utilizing the concept of "fatigue turning point", the notion of "divisional mathematical modeling" is proposed and two kinds of models based on experiential transform and based on approximate function are given. Compared with the "three parameters" model, the proposed models are more accurate and adaptive. In particular, the latter is better on adaptation and has a certain prospect of application in engineering.
