周期性小范围刚体定点运动的组合凸轮实现

摘要:

为实现给定规律的定点运动,通常采用3个伺服机构进行编程控制。针对周期性和小范围的特点,提出的实现方法是用一个组合凸轮(由两个平面盘形凸轮与一个圆柱凸轮组合而成的构件)同时控制刚体上的3点,以实现给定的运动。对比可见,这种方案大大降低了复杂性和成本,而可靠性却得以提高。

Abstract:

To generate a given spherical motion, three programme controlled servo devices are commonly used. Considering the periodicity and small travel space, a new method is developed in this paper in which a combinatory cam is used to control three points of the spherical moving body at the same time. The combinatory cam consists of two disk cams and one cylindrical cam, of which the axes are in the same line. Obviously, it is much simpler,cheaper and more reliable than the common method.
