摘要: 液相铺展是液相法制备 C/C防氧化涂层的前提和基础。研究结果表明 ,采用快速升温和梯度涂覆工艺和在液相涂层材料中加入小颗粒的固相质点能有效地促进液相涂层材料在C/C基体上的铺展过程 ,液相和固相材料的克分子比对涂层的性能影响很大

Abstract: Liquid spreading out is very necessary in the preparation of oxidation protection coating for carbon\|carbon composites by liquid reaction\|formation method. The results in this paper show that adding solid particles in the coating slurry, gradient coating and then rapid heating can help liquid to bring about liquid spreading out on the carbon\|carbon substrates. The gram molecule ratio of liquid to solid is important to the coating properties.
