运八起落架上采用耐久性设计更改的分析

摘要: 介绍了运八起落架延寿过程中采用了耐久性设计典型范例11项,实施于起落架设计的改进和制造。包括:高强度钢构件的注油嘴、管状结构件、高应力花键镀铬表面在镀前进行喷丸、U形接头防腐措施、采用光弹修形控制应力水平、采用喷丸强化、重要模压件表面加工、重要焊接件焊缝加工、采用防氧化处理、改进防腐措施等。经过疲劳试验验证,其效果是极其显著的。

Abstract: This paper presents the application of durability design with 11 typical examples to the comprehensive administration of Y8 aircraft landing gear, and the implement to the modification design and manufacture of Y8 aircraft landing gear. Typical examples are as follows: Lubricators in high strength steel components, tubular strucutral components , highly stressed splines, shot peening before plating chromium surfaces, clevis corrosion protection, the use of photoelastic change mode as standard practice to determine stress levels, adoption of processes of shot peening, the surface machining of major forgings, groove weld surface machining of major welded assemblies, adoption of processes of oxidation resistant ,improvement of preservative processes. Subsequently, the effectiveness of the comprehensive administration, which was approved by fatigue test is obvious and comes up to our expectation.
