摘要: 扼要地介绍了对某型主起落架结构的损伤容限特性研究。用同~个起落架完成了从疲劳裂纹形成到裂纹扩展、以及剩余强度和结构总体破坏试验全过程。损伤容限设计用于该起落架结构,可以获得更安全可靠的保证。

Abstract: A brief introduction to the study of damage tolerance behaviour of one type of main landing gear structure is given in this paper. The study is performed with a landing gear which involves the complete procedure from fatigur crack initiation to crack growth, residual strength and structural overall failure. First of all, real fatigue cracks of the structure are obtained by fatigue testing, then damage tolerance behaviour is estimated, the fatigue and damage tolerance of the landing gear was measured out. It is shown that cracks involved in the principal critical area have a characteristic of slowly growing, and the structure which has crack tolerance satis-fys the requirement of residual strength. Higher performance of safety and reliability can be obtained by using damage tolerance method to design the landing gear structure.
