摘要: 为了得到最稳定的非均匀叶片系统,本文提出一新的优化过程。选取非均匀叶片系统中最不稳定振型的阻尼因子作为优化模型的目标函数。计算结果的分析表明,使系统最为稳定的非均匀分布,随气动状态的不同而不同,但都具有相邻叶片非均匀量相差较大的特点。目前在实际发动机上应用的叶片大频率差分布方案,是具有较好的防颤效果的。

Abstract: In order to get the most stable mistuned blade system, a new design procedure has been presented in this paper. The damping factor of the most unstable mode shape of mistuned blade system is chosen as the cost function of optimization. The results of computation show that the mistu-ning pattern with which the system is the most stable one will vary as the aerodynamic condition changes, but all these optimum mistuning patterns have the same characteristic that the amounts of mistuning between neighbour blades are large. The results also show that the mistuning pattern which is being used in engine that are enlisted for the airforce has a good effect for controlling flutter.
