层板分层后屈曲分析的一维模型

摘要: 将条形分层的复合材料层板看成两个独立的子层,未发生分层区域的层间基体由拉-压杆和剪切板模拟,从而建立了分析带有分层缺陷层板稳定性问题的一维力学模型;利用Rayleigh-Ritz能量法推导了模型的微分方程;通过计算,给出了两个子层刚度比在各种数值下、对应于不同分层长度,层板的局部或整体失稳载荷。

Abstract: Buckling of a delaminated laminate or one of itssublaminatescan cause high interlaminar stresses which, in turn, lead to delamination growth. Hence, buckling loads are important parameters to asses the loss of strenth and stiffness. The objective of this paper is to pridict the buckling of strip delamination. The delaminated laminate is regarded as two independent sublaminates and the matrix between them is simulated by tension-compression bars and shear plates. So, an one-dirnensional mechanical model is established. The eigenvalue equtions are formulated with the help of Rayleigh-Ritz energy method.Global buckling or sublaminate local buckling may occur in the laminate. The critical loads of both types are calculated for a range of ratios of two sublaminates stiffness properties and clifferent lengths of the delaminated region.
