摘要: 本文提出了描述热套盘鼓转子的力学模型,该力学模型刻划了热套连接处的力学性状。本文导出了热套段模型的传递矩阵表达式。为考察这一力学模型的正确性,对若干热套转子进行了理论计算和实验的对比研究。两者结果的一致性证实了力学模型的有效性。

Abstract: A mechanical model to simulate the shrink fited shaft section is developed. The model pays attention to describe the mechanical behaviour of the shrink fit when the shaft is deflected. The transfer matrix across the shrink fit section is established. In order to examine the validity of the model, both the computational and experimental work have been done. The natural frequencies predicted by the model are found to be in agreement with the observed values. This shows the effectiveness of the present model.
