有效最小干涉量工程计算方法研究

摘要: 干涉配合是改善铆接接头疲劳性能和钉孔自身密封性能的一项有效的工艺措施。目前干涉量大小的确定仅凭经验或试验结果,而本文提出一个通用的计算有效最小干涉量的工程方法,给出了一个便于应用的计算公式:探讨了材料特性和应力状态对干涉配合量选取的影响:给出了飞机结构常用有效最小干涉量数据表。

Abstract: In the case of interference f it, the amount of interference has significant effect on fatigue, closeness and stress corrosion of the rivet joints.So it is an impprtant problem to properly determine the amount of interference, which has been drawing close attention and efforts from the engineering design and manufacturing departments.Presently, the determination of the amount of interference is usually based on limited test results or certain empirical data and far satisfactory .To improve this situation,this paper presents a general method and a simple formula for computing the effective minimum interference as an aid to the designers and technicians.
