摘要: 目前,国内航空发动机燃油附件厂内寿命试验,采用1:1全寿命试车的做法,试车周期长、费用高,急待改革。带调节器直头柱塞泵加速试车,是依据全寿命试车规程,对直头柱塞泵主要失效模式,按等效原则制定出试车方案,经试用证明,效果良好,已通过技术鉴定。

Abstract: This article starts from full life test load and majo deficiency mode of plunger-type fuel pump of engine, describing enabling test damages (such as contact fatigue damages) of critical parts of fuel pump by a formulated acceleration test method with increased test load to be equivalent to that of full life test, thus achieving the goal of full life test of fuel pump and greatly saving test, expenses and time. It has proved to be feasible by preliminary tests.
