摘要: 本文介绍了添加剂甲基硅酮降低硝基氧化剂-偏二甲基肼(UDMH)发动机热流强的研究情况和试验结果。论述了降低热流强与提高液体火箭发动机性能之间的关系。叙述了添加剂——甲基硅酮的性质和用添加剂降低推力室热流强的机理。分析试验结果指出:添加剂甲基硅酮(SiOC2H6n的粘度在20℃下应低于13厘斯;UDMH中添加1重量%硅酮后,推进剂使用性质略有改善,推力室总热流下降约33%。

Abstract: This paper presents the study and the testing results of reducing heat flux in nitro-group-oxidizer-unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine engine with additive methyl silicone. The relationship between heat flux reduction and improvement of rocket engine is discussed. The properties of additive methyl silicone and the mechanism of heat flux reduction in the thrust chamber are described. Analysis of testing results shows that the viscosity of additive silicone (SiOC2H6)n should be less than 13 centistoke at 20℃; when 1wt% Si is added into UDMH, there is slight improvement in the operational property of pro-pellant;and the total heat flux of the thrust chamber has been reduced about 33% .
