The Research of Calibration Devices of Angular Vibration

摘要: 为提升惯性器件(如陀螺、角加速度计)的动态性能评价能力,解决角振动量值溯源与统一问题,开展角振动标准装置研究。通过对被校传感器施加标准正弦角振动激励,精确测量角振动过程,与传感器输出相比,可实现对角振动传感器的校准。结合不同频段特点,将校准频段划分为低频和高频两部分,提出空气轴承与框式驱动结构相结合的电动式高频角振动台方案,分别采用精密角度编码器和衍射光栅激光干涉仪实现对低、高频角振动的测量。成功研制出频率范围为0.05Hz~600Hz、角加速度范围为0.1rad/s2~1760rad/s2、波形失真优于2%的角振动绝对法标准装置,与PTB角振动标准装置相比,在保证同等校准不确定度前提下,显著提升承载能力,可广泛开展惯性器件动态性能测试与评价。

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic evaluating capabilities for Inertial devices and resolve the traceability and unify problem in angular vibration quantity, the angular vibration calibration devices were researched. By studying high-frequency and low frequency standard angular vibrators, standard measurement methods and system, sine-approximation calibration methods, a primary angular calibration devices with 0.05Hz~600Hz frequency range, 0.1rad/s2~1760rad/s2 angular acceleration range and wave-distortion below 2% was developed. This equipment will provide the calibration for the sensitivity magnitude and the phase shift at the same time. Having more load bearing compared with the angular vibration calibration device in PTB, it could be more widely used in dynamic test besides the quantity dissemination.
