关于改造航空风洞为汽车试验风洞的技术探讨

摘要:

在介绍汽车风洞性能的基础上,对改造航空风洞为汽车试验风洞的主要技术要点进行了分析探讨,并介绍了FD-09低速航空风洞改造情况及其功用。建造地面板和附面层吸除装置,证明该方案是很成功的。

Abstract:

The classification of automotive testing wind tunnels and the general situation of some typical testing wind tunnels oversea exclusively for motor vehicles are presented. Some problems in modifying an aeronautical wind tunnel for automobile testing are analysed and discussed. Then a case of modifying the FD 09 aeronautical wind tunnel for automobile testing, as well as its application after modyification, is described. After building the ground plate and boundary layer suction equipment, the authors measured the aerodynamic characters of car and truck models in this wind tunnel and compared the testing results with the test of Tianjing minibus performed in MIRA wind tunnel in England. The rebuilt plan for FD 09 wind tunnel proved very successful and it is worth popularization.
